Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga was reportedly injured during the 12- day war between Israel and Iran.

Turkish news agency Anadolu quoted Iranian media as saying that elderly Iranian officers, including the heads of three branches of government, were meeting at a secure position in Tehran when Israel attacked on June 17.

According to media reports, the Israeli attack involved six shells hitting the entrance and exit of the structure. Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga suffered minor injuries to his leg in the Israeli attack, but all officers, including the Iranian chairman, were suitable to safely exit the structure.

According to Iranian news agency Fars News, Israel also carried out a analogous attack to target former Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.

According to Turkish media, Iranian officers suspect that information in this regard may have been blurted from within.
