Bahrain announced a $17 billion investment in the United States, the Crown Prince of Bahrain met with Donald Trump at the White House.

Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa met with US President Trump and significant progress was made in terms of investment, while agreements with Boeing, Oracle and Cisco are also likely. US officials say that Bahraini investment will create 30,000 American jobs.

Bahrain will remove Chinese servers and install Cisco products, a partnership will also be signed with Oracle, Bahrain has also planned to purchase American LNG, aluminum production and advanced AI chips.

The framework for Bahrain-US talks for commercial nuclear cooperation is also included in the MoU, in addition to which the Bahraini Crown Prince has announced that Bahrain has refused to provide Patriot missiles to Ukraine.

Earlier, US media reported that direct flights between the US and Bahrain would begin in October 2025, and $191 million in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity agreements would be signed.

The media reported that follow-up talks on Bahrain’s role in the Ibrahim Accord were also on the agenda, and a memorandum on nuclear cooperation would be signed during a meeting between Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Bahraini counterpart.

It should be noted that during his visit to Riyadh, Trump secured a $600 billion pledge from Saudi Arabia for investment in the US and agreed to sell the Saudis an arms package worth about $142 billion.
