Oracle is reportedly negotiating amulti-year pall calculating deal with Meta worth about$ 20 billion, a source told Reuters on Friday. The implicit agreement highlights Meta’s drive to secure briskly and more important computing coffers as it ramps up its artificial intelligence operations.
Under the deal, Oracle would give Meta with the computing power demanded to train and emplace AI models. Meta formerly works with other pall providers, but this move would significantly expand its access to high- performance structure, the source said.
Meta declined to note on the addresses, and Oracle did n’t respond to Reuters’ request for comment.
Oracle is known for offering intertwined pall technologies with flexible deployment options, making it a strong contender for companies demanding large- scale, dependable computing capacity.
